The Neighborhood NGAP Skolet TC jackets have been released. It is definitely one of the most interesting pieces in the Neighborhood Fall/Winter 2008 collection. Heavy applications on the front, reflective stripes on the back and thick fleece hoods and lining are only a few of the details on the jackets.
